You would likely be held at the scene until your parents picked you up. Then you might get a Minor in Possesion. Depending on the state you live in a MIP can be anywhere from a simple fine to loss of or reduced driving privilages.

You probably won't get into any trouble. For you to go to jail for underage drinking the officer has to first take you to the hospital to make sure you are in good enough condition to be jailed, and lets face it, most officers are going to let you go on the warning, just so they can get back on the streets fighting worse crimes. If you are really intoxicated they may call your parents if they think you are a danger to yourself and/or others. Basically if this already happened, you should be in the clear, and unless they gave you a BAC test they have no way now of proving you were drunk. You were just holding a bottle of vodka. If your worried about it happening in the future, you should be fine, because unless whoever is throwing the party wants everybody out all the cops can do is tell you to turn down the music, and keep the yelling down.

You would most likely be charged with drinking under age. The evidence you mentioned (being drunk underage holding a bottle of vodka) would be pretty hard to dispute.
The judge would probably have you pay a fine, give you a lecture, and depending on your record and court system may order you to take some sort of alcohol assessment/program.

In the state of New Mexico. I would write you for minor is possession. No big deal. You would receive community service and off you go. Now, the adult in the house would be in more trouble. The adult (over 21) could be charged with contributing to a minor, which is a 4th degree felony in this state. The only way you could legally drink is in you parents house under your parents supervision. You might consider the felony concept next time your at a friends house and an adult gives you alcohol.

The owner or renter of the home would be in trouble for allowing underage drinking. You would most likely be sent to juvenile court and order to go to a rehab center if it was show this was a trend. If you are over 18 but not yet 21 you would be most likely fined and found guilty of underage drinking or what ever the state you live in calls it, possibly suspended sentence or community service, but one thing is for sure.

It would be on your adult permanent record. Think twice about it! It could keep you from college, military, job...etc.

I wouldn't worry about the cops. You'll get a minor in possesion charge which is a slap on the wrist. I'd worry about your parents. If one of my daughters got busted drinking at a friends house, life as she knew it would be done.

in my state your parents would be called to come and get you while you are detained in a patrol car. the other occupants of the house that are of age would be cited for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

In our state you would be charged with an MIP(minor in possession) then they call your parents.
then you and your parents have to take classes.
The adult at the home will be charged with
Contributing to the delinquency of a minor and however many kids...like 12... he gets 12 counts.
yup you are in trouble in our state.
