It feels like all the time there's someone else sharing my mind with me. I get billions of ideas in my head, like I've put out 4 patients in the last 2 weeks on different inventions. It feels like someone is talking to me in my head wanting more and more. I do drink to distract my mind and I play video games to distract it as well. It started when I was younger but its gotten stronger like from 10 to 90 to now at 60 to 40 percent control. Does anyone know what I'm talkin about?

Well, what you are describing sounds like a hallucination brought on by psychotropic medications. Since you seem to be making full use of it, then use the development of patents until one or several of them will turn out to be marketable.

maybe it's the different hemispheres of your brain fighting for control? It's definately possible to have 2 different personalities or even 2 different consciousnesses take schizophrenia for example, but as long as your functional and you feel emotionally content it's not really a problem...
if those patents work out for you and you make some money with them then you've got a lucky advantage 2 minds or not.

It sounds as though one of you needs to speak with a physician. Persons having mental "distractions" and/or voices you have described frequently are suffering from some type of mental illness......I stress illness. Ask a doctor, and get it checked on. If you don't, your "rational side" may be outvoted one day and cause problems.

What's your IQ ? Sometimes very intelligent people have this issue. Maybe try some focusing excersises for your mind. Meditaion.

You might get some very rude answers and OPINIONS, but I would most defintely discuss this with a doctor.Your symptoms describe a mental illness and I wouldn't want you getting hurt on here from all the rudes smart alecks
