I ate lunch with a woman who I did not know. We ate lunch with eachother for about 40minutes. Based on her body language, she thought I was hot. I thought she was hot too. While we were socializing with eachother, she was looking at other men. What is that supposed to tell me about her.
Anyway, I decided not to ask for her phone number because she was too old and had young kids..

I do not understand women all of the time. That's why I asked: What does it mean when you meet who obviously has the hots for you, but looks at other guys too.

mmmm it does not sound as though she thought you were "hot" and if she allowed herself to be distracted by other guys and the lunch was only 40 minutes i dont think she would have given you her number anyway --- best wishes --- plus what body language did she display???
