Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer or faster alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

Write down what healthy foods and veggies you like. Look up recipes that incorporate these foods. The key is to eat often but with the right foods. You don't ever have to be really hungry to lose weight. Diet is 70% of the battle, the rest is doing activity. If you can eat better the activity part will take care of itself as you have more energy. With more energy you'll wanna walk more and do more.

there's only one really tried and true way hon, and that is to exercise a bit every week (though every day is better) and to eat healthy (fruits, veggies, lean meats). The way you lose weight is by burning more calories than you take in. But if you try to starve yourself, it won't work. You have to eat regularly, just eat smaller portions. If your body doesn't think the next meal is coming anytime soon, it'll shut down and hold on to the fat.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

the best way is to make a bet with someone. Me and a few guys got together and weighed in every Wednesday night. in 5 weeks we lost over 100 lbs. We all work in an office together so we all helped each other by not going out to eat. I'm telling you, make it a game and it's SO much easier!

ok, this is seriously the easiest!! and it works
take like half your body weight and drink that many oz. water everyday, for about, well,as long as you can, but at least two weeks, you def. should lose a few lbs, Good Luck!!

Eat LOTS of fresh fruits and veggies. Lots of water and exercise. Just eating the fruits and veggies works wonders....I lost like 5 lbs in less that a week by eating just those...but eat alot of them. Dont ever starve.
