In other words; does everyone who believes in concepts outside the realm of perception have the potential to do dirty deeds (done dirt cheap) for their faith?

Quarks can be perceived, big ears.

There are mathematical calculations and valid theories that can be applied to prove the theoretical existence of matter like sub atomic particles. Can the same be said for the G man? God = MC squared?

Belief=emotional hysteria so yes. Then humans did not get to the top of the food chain by being kind, considerate or pleasant. It was by being the meanest most effective killers ever to walk the planet.

So everyone who believes in quarks is dangerous? Empiricism of the kind you advocate would undermine many things you hold true. Have you really thought about this?

Puddle Duck, it isn’t that empiricists deny that quarks (or genes) exist; rather, they regard such realist affirmations as going beyond what the evidence demand. So they are "agnostic" about the question in the way some are with God.

No, there is not a "foaming-at-the-mouth fanatical terrorist" in every believer. I will use myself as an example, as I am a Christian and against purposeful killing in every situation.

A study of religion would show you that most faith systems actually do not promote the values set forth by the "fanatic[s]" that you describe.

No, I don't think so. Well, maybe a tiny bit, just as there may be a tiny bit of the murderer in everybody; but not necessarily enough to create trouble.
Fanaticism results from a failure of perspective; this can happen to people who have no belief in the supernatural, as well as in religious people.
