Yep, that's one sick bastard... that Todd guy needs to be in Gen Pop with a tag on his back... Ex-Cop/Pedophiler... now that would be some headlines worth reading... That would be true justice.

It was a guy charged for touching a 16 year old baby sitter. His defense in court will be that he was sleep walking. Either way, he's still a kid toucher.

Even if I accept that he was sleepwalking, and thus not legally responsible for his actions, he is still a danger to others. He needs to be locked up either in prison, or in a mental health facility.
