That is because she isn't ready to accept him. No they haven't matted yet and this will happen. Wait a day them put them back together..When she is ready the matting will take place. I would say it will happen in a day or so.
For all of you down on this person case. People have to learn somewhere don't fault them for asking fault them for not asking.
****Shep, you made it clear by your E-mails you sent me, What kind of person I am.... I ask you before just please drop it, you can say anything you want about me, all I ask you to do was keep it out of this Q&A. This isn't the place to do this.

If you don;t even know how the mating process goes Lord help that poor dog if she does get pregnant because the breeder will be clueless.
I'm sorry you have no business breeding if you have not researched every aspect. Breeding toy dogs is not simple. It's very expensive and you may well need to help the mother out if she does give birth.
You could end up in a right mess if the mother either died during the birth or rejects the puppies.
I sure hope she's not pregnant for HER sake!

Yes it is normal. This is not the place to do research. If you were breeding responsibly and not just for the money, you would have researched breeding and you would have a mentor. You would not have to ask a bunch of strangers how to go about breeding from the first step. However, no need to worry because there are plenty of BYB's that frequent this site and they will give you advice every step of the way to help turn your dogs into money making machines that will undoubtedly spend their lives supplementing your income. POOR ANIMALS!!!!
Oh I see a byb has already tried to help.

You need to stop trying and before you do something you should really know what you are doing. i hope they have both have been genetically checked by a vet.
I hope you know the laws of selling dogs??
i hope if she can't deliver on her own you have the money for a c-section.
And if a puppy is sold and something happens I hope you're ready for the lawsuit.
