no,but who provide the bottle

Drinking ANYTHING in a Jack Daniels bottle is probable cause to believe you are drinking alcohol. The officer does not have a lab in his car that can prove the contents are 'just tea'. Unless the bottle was THOROUGHLY cleaned after the alcohol was removed, a field test would probably show the presence of alcohol.

Seriously? As a person with half a brain I have to wonder why you would put JUST TEA in a Jack Daniels bottle. I don't know anyone who goes around with a nonalcoholic beverage in a booze bottle, unless they want people to think they ARE drinking. In that case, get a backbone and see a shrink

Yes, be just the same as carrying an empty bong around, if your not drunk and they dont find traces of alchohol in the bottle then the fine will probably be dropped but it still will be a pain to go through the trouble.

Yes, since the officer will beleive it is jack daniels, you will be arrested and have to prove your case in court normally.

You can only get arrested for consuming alcohol. If there's no alcohol in the bottle you can't get arrested. You know this because you've asked the same question many, many times.
