my mini pinscher is a MALE and is 3 months old when can i get a female pregnant, Cuzz after the one time breeding im getting him operated

DO NOT LET HIM BREED. There is NO reason to let tehm breed before gettign fixed.
he can actually get a female preg at 6 months but it is unhealthy to breed before he is a year old .
Again there is NO reason to breed him please just get him fixed also check the laws and see if you can be held responsable if he produces pups with any problems unless you have all teh test done to prove he is not a carrier of any of the genetic problems they may carry.

Neither of those 2 situations are even remotely funny. Why are your dogs outside? Do you live an a Tropical Area where it is not cold? Dogs belong INSIDE. If you cannot take proper care of your dogs....which it sounds like you can't, please find a more suitable home for them. Really, finding it funny that your new pup could die or get "raped" really is horrible. AND your puppy is too young to be left alone with another dog.

If he is AKC reg he has to be 8 mo old to reg the puppies. They can sire puppies at 6 mo of age. I would only breed if is of show breeding and the female and he do not share the same faults . it is spelled Miniature Pincher.

they usually have their operation done after the age of 7 months so i am guessing that is the age they can produce sperm

If your are going to get you dog fixed just get him fixed and don't breed him first.
