my guess is - you are trying to lose weight.
and...you are depriving your body which makes you lose water weight and muscle but not fat and also slows down metabolism dramatically. as soon as you start eating normal again you will gain back more than lost and will have higher body fat percentage.
you dont have enough complex carbs, protein and healthy fats in your diet.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I think you are on a starvation diet which will end up slowing your metabolism so much that you will not be able to ever lose any weight in the future. What happens is that your body is tricked into thinking that this is a time of starvation (which our ancestors endured many times in ages past) Then the body goes into a slowed-down mode in which you lack energy and conserve calories. This mode slows your metabolism so that you can get by on a lot less food. Unfortunately, if you continue in this way, your weight will not go down any more and, when you go off this "diet" it will immediately skyrocket and there won't be anything you can do to stop it because you will feel so "hungry" that you can't stop yourself from overeating.
The fruits and vegetables are wonderful but you must have much more protein. Add eggs, fish, other meat at each meal. Then, we could almost call this the Atkins Diet. Right now it is the Starvation Diet. I lost 33 lbs on Atkins and, because of a lot of protein I was never hungry. When I stopped the diet I did not gain that weight back. If you want to do something drastic, Atkins is drastic without starving you.

Try getting a larger breakfast maybe, it the most important meal because it will get your metabolism going.Try some low fat cottage cheese, and fresh fruit, maybe some whole wheat toast. For lunch maybe add a fat free, diet yogurt or something, maybe some whole grain brown rice, snacks look alright, dinner is ok too. Add a little more here and there. You want to eat enough so you can keep on with the diet and turn it into a life style. Also same thing about eating the same thing every day you want to change it up eat different kinds of foods.

You're not eating enough. Your body needs at least 1200 calories and what u eat now is less than 1000. Your body will go into starvation mode and it'll start to eat away at your muscle (not good at all). Also, as soon as you start eating normally, you'll gain the weight back again, maybe even more. I'm not a dietitian or anything but I think you should eat 1400-1600 calories a day.
You should also exercise for 1-1.5 hours a day, 3-5 days a week.
Good luck!

I'm sorry you weigh 97 pounds and you are trying to lose weight?
someone get this girl a cheeseburger....STAT
listen kiddo...body dysmorphia is all too common and i really think you could benefit from a trip to the counseling office to work with a nutritionist and a therapist about your body issues.
you're not overweight, you should not be dieting. you're too young. right now you probably look incredible. years later you'll look at pictures of yourself from this time in your life and wonder why you didn't spend more time just enjoying it.

Well, if you're trying to lose weight, it is perfect! if not, I would subsitute the Chrystal lite, with milk...much better for you..so you can have your calcium, and also, some whole wheat bread and some carbohydrate...other than that, good...it's the old standard, fruit, veggies, milk dairy products, meat, oils,..lots of water, and bread group ...you won't go wrong.
