The trick you're referring to, "Electric Touch", can't be recreated w/o the gimmick. The gimmick allows you to shock people and objects (make confetti jump around etc.) on command. You can activate the gimmick by clicking your heels together. If you follow these other directions (scooting across the floor and shifting back and forth in your chair) you won't impress many people because they'll know what you're doing before you even get a chance to execute the trick. If you REALLY want to do the trick you'll have to buy it. You can check E-bay for a cheaper one, but I'm sure they won't come with a warranty and since this trick is such a complex mechanism you'll really want the warranty just in case.

Think of anything that you've got performed a month or so in the past that ended in this drawback. Like possibly a brand new blanket or a brand new pair of footwear that cost your frame whilst dragged on carpets and even a few new garments, a sweater or a couple of pants that rub at the vehicle seats and get you charged up. There have to be a few form of difference that ended in all this. You need to believe again a bit of.

Its not a magic trick. Put on some rubber soled shoes and scoot across some carpet on a dry day. Then you should be able to zilch them proper.
