Probably because you are physically sick. I'm more likely to have bad dreams if I'm not feeling well. Some people say they have bad dreams if they eat too much or have a stomach ache.

lucid dreaming is the answer to nightmares. lucid dreaming is the means to found out which you're purely dreaming, and for this reason administration your targets. it sounds unusual, even however that's a real means that with slightly prepare can substitute your reaction to nightmares. first you may desire to grasp which you're certainly dreaming, formerly you pass to mattress, and by using the day, think of with regards to the certainty that the targets you have are YOUR targets. there are little tip offs in each and every dream that it is not actual life. i don't dream in bright bright hues - so because it fairly is often my 2nd clue, even yet it was once my first. then, if the dream turns frightening, you could regulate it by changing the placing, the human beings or the two. now when I start to have a frightening dream, i insert my husband. and my first clue is often that that's frightening. it fairly is whilst i understand i'm dreaming. my husband takes me away or protects me from in spite of is there. lucid dreaming takes a whilst to comprehend. yet your strategies will pay attention to you in case you tell it what you fairly need.

i dont know is this true........but i heard that when you sleep bad like your pillow is hurting your neck or if your back hurt from your bed you can get nightmare from having natural pain. but than i also heard that during your sleep and something happen to you like you accidently put your cover over your nose and cant breath than you might have a nightmare than you're drowing or somebody is choking you and you cant breath. but then im also just saying. oh yeah also try changing your pillow to a better one or changing your bed to one of those expensive one. the one that use foam or spring metal. but i would also try to go to the doctor and ask them why.
