It seem like, for me anyways, I have these scary nightmares whenever I try and sleep off a hang over, and they seem so realistic. Any hypothesis' on this subject.

Probably because you are physically sick. I'm more likely to have bad dreams if I'm not feeling well. Some people say they have bad dreams if they eat too much or have a stomach ache.

i dont know is this true........but i heard that when you sleep bad like your pillow is hurting your neck or if your back hurt from your bed you can get nightmare from having natural pain. but than i also heard that during your sleep and something happen to you like you accidently put your cover over your nose and cant breath than you might have a nightmare than you're drowing or somebody is choking you and you cant breath. but then im also just saying. oh yeah also try changing your pillow to a better one or changing your bed to one of those expensive one. the one that use foam or spring metal. but i would also try to go to the doctor and ask them why.

well Hun you have not to much chooses here stop drinking to much. before you go to bed drink some tea with an aspirin in it that will help till then do something different see a movie go bowling don't waste your time love ya take care

well if you drink alot, you might have the ddt's, and are causing damage to the brain cells, see a doctor........ good luck!
