NO SEEDS!!
You have to get an eye dropper and gently force water/mash mixture into her. You can buy coy fish pellets and mix them with water and make a mash.
Most baby birds eat a wide-variety of rather soft-bodied insects – they need lots of protein for growth
Baby birds eat about every 20 minutes or so during daylight (dawn to dusk)
Baby birds should be encouraged to beg for food (open mouth with eager calling)
Baby birds have a swallowing reflex that is triggered when food is placed in the back of the mouth. NOT TOO WATERY.

Common mistakes:
Do NOT put fresh green grass in the box because the moisture in it will chill them. You may line the box with paper towels. Do NOT over pet or handle the babies. They may gape (open their beaks) but do NOT feed them anything like milk, honey, egg or homemade formula because their stomachs will not tolerate these items and it is easy to drown a baby bird with fluid. Call a Wildlife Rehabilitator for help as soon as possible.

this bird is probably a fledgling and is being taken care of by it's parents...if you have removed it from where you found it...there is a good chance the adults are out searching for it now. Put the bird back and watch from afar to see if the adults are coming to feed it. Keep in mind, if they see you they will not approach. If the parents have abandoned the chick (possibly because they now think it has been eaten by a predator) you need to get the bird to a wildlife rehab in your area.

Contact a veterinarian or Animal rescue near you and see who accepts wild birds for rehabilition. Clearly, you need to turn it over to someone who's an expert in this area.

You should feed it. Try bread crumbles first dry, if it doesn´t accept try it wet in milk. Then go to a vet store and try to buy some vitamin in order to put in the water. ah you ought to give all food wet as you won´t be able to give water to it.
