when you lose that much weight in 3 weeks its not fat you lost and you will gain it back.
i did lose more than that in shorter amount of time - was hit by a car in december in was in hospital for 11 days, had 2 surgeries - i lost a LOT of muscle (that all i lost) because i was physically very fit - i worked out and was a dancer.

i didn't, but my mom did. and it wasn't 20 in 3, it was 15 in about.. 4 i think. what she did was she cut out salts and sugars and ate a diet of mostly brown rice and grilled chicken. she ate 6 small meals a day and went to the gym every evening and worked out for about an hour to two hours, then after going to the gym, she did a set of exercises. she did 3 sets of 10 crunches. then 3 sets of 10 reversed crunches. then she did 5 sets of 15 second planks. she did this everyday and got amazing results.

it was easy, I just didn't eat much and slept a lot... :) To keep it off though your best bet is a treadmill 45 minutes 2-3x a week to burn it off and keep metabolism up.
