Make an anonymous report to the FBI that there are radical Muslims living there who you see inside with AK47s and chanting death to the great Satan.
If they don't respond in force then you know the answer.

If there are ANY signs, the program is not working the way it is supposed to work. All the answers about the people hiding there past leave out one fact. You would expect the same behavior from a fugitive of someone hiding from an abusive ex. These people are generally NOT in the witness protection program.

the truth is witness protection is not like you see on TV or the movies... they move those people from safe house to safe house every week normally on a Sunday morning...not a great way to live....once your out of that program your just kicked out to fend for yourself...
Our governments are not really interested in justice as much as they are order and collecting taxes. A witness is only useful to them up to a point....

If he acts jumpy. Is very vague about his past. No family that you can see coming and going. Everything he owns is new. Since he couldn't bring anything with him. If he doesn't seem to really answer to his name. I would think those would be some clues.

They forget thier names, have to think when they tell you where they are from and what they used to do.
alot of federal marshalls comming and going from time to time.
