Heya, 130lbs sounds healthy to me, but if wanna tone and get fitter then i suggest sit-ups and weights to tone abs and arms and cycling, swimming and running are all good enjoyable sports to tone not only the legs but also every other muscle in the body. I suggest (if you want to get fitter quicker) working out 4-5 times a week for an hour or so, but if you enjoy swimming and biking, do it whenever you want, you'll be getting fitter, slimmer, more toned and at the same time exercising hardcore and not even realising it. Don't BAN your favourite foods and deprive yourself though, lifes not about that, but just eat and do everything in moderation. You won't become obese having a Mcdonalds with your mates on a saturday. Drinks TONS of water though and LOTS of fresh fruit and veg and lots of lean meat like chicken, and eat oily fish. Good luck!! Be sensible though, life isn't about who can be the thinnest and who can starve themselves to the limit. Especially when your only a kid. Good luck m'dear!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training. sit ups will not make you lose weight because they build muscle, they do NOT burn fat and your belly will look bigger.
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

consume what you frequently consume, purely in smaller parts. minimize back on extra effective sugar. Drink lots of water. attempt to get some cardio in for a minimum of 20 minutes thrice a week. this might paintings! I certainly have been doing a similar element and that i'm dropping a pound or 2 a week and that i'm not deprived!

You will lose weight if you work out three times a day. Also do things like biking to see your friends instead of getting a ride. If you can possibly avoid it, stay away from the computer, television, and video games. Good luck.

yes, you will lose weight by jogging and doing situps just do it consistently. and don't become obsessed about a certain number that you want to be because that could be unhealthy.

obviously you'll lose weight, but you also have to stay committed which is hard for most young people
