Mix caramel sauce and rum in a small bowl. Cut bananas in halfs but careful not to cut the other side of the banana peel. Open the bananas as if they were a book. Pour the caramel sauce/rum uniformly on the top side of the bananas. Place 4 rasberries on top of each banana. Heat over medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning them once, until the bananas are warm and the skin has darkened. Peel and serve warm with ice cream.
