e.g if a magnet is near a wireless connection, will it weaken the signal ?

No. A magnetic field does not affect electromagnetic radiation.

it will weaken the signal, and if u put it by a computer monitor, it leaves a huge black spot that wont fade.

pretty much, when i got my laptop, i had to put it on wirless connection. i was told to move all magnetic forces away.
