Everytime I go on a diet I give up about a week later. Well, I really need to lose wheight because I am getting too fat. What are some things I can do stay on the diet? I can't escape the junkfood because my parents and sister keep it in the house. HELP!!!!!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

look at the cals. eat what you want just cut it in half. but your goin to have to work out. try swimming if you can or something fun. if your a gamer get the Netindo wee, the have a boxing fitness game on there that tells you how much cals your burning. try to eat only 2000 to 2500 cals a day. it wont happen over night but give it time, i took you awhile to get fat, and its going to take time to lose weight.
