Why is it so hard to find a single bellydancer?

Question

I'm originally French, I'm a man in uniform (Iraq rocked) and I've been drumming for bellydancers for over fifteen years. I clean up after myself, I even play a mean Indian flute for chiftafellis. Why are all the bellydancers I meet either married, too young, or not interested in ripping off my shirt? LOL

ben; BRAVO. in fact bellydancing is a valid cultural dance and most professional bellydancers, who are also trained in ballet, would greatly resent being the subject of the insinuation that bellydancing is something dirty and shameful, because it isn't.

JL: which other question are you referirng to?
I just want a woman who shares my passion of the dance and the rhythms I drum to the dance that's all....I don't treat women like prizes.

Just keep on drumming, as much and as well as you can. The Holy Spirit (aka Lady Luck) can have a weird sense of humor, but S/He rewards perseverance.

Are you sure it isn't because you come across as treating them more like fetish objects than actual people? This and your other question read like you're more interested in saying you scored with a bellydancer than actually getting to know one.

Edit: I'm referring to your other question where you again ask about finding a cute bellydancer who wants to rip your shirt off. If I misread you, I apologize, but it's your word choice that led me to that conclusion.
