I believe its only Catholics.

I'm Catholic and I know many Protestants who use rosary beads. Most prefer scriptural rosaries and some often substitute a favorite Bible verse or portion of a Psalm (like Psalm 117) in place of the Hail Mary's.
Generally more liturgically oriented Protestants like Anglicans, Lutherans, and Methodists are the most comfortable adopting/adapting the Rosary to their prayer life.

According to Wikipedia, in addition to Roman Catholics:
"The rosary is also sometimes used by some adherents of other Christian denominations, particularly in the Anglican Communion, the Old Catholic Church, and the Lutheran Church, and occasionally by some Methodists. Evangelical Protestants, however, such as Baptists, Adventists, Assembly of God etc. do not use use it and actively discourage their members from using this method of prayer."

No, they do not. I was protestant and no one ever used the Rosary. I've been Catholic now for 10 years and it's become a part of my spiritual life.

Episcopals use a rosary, but it is slightly different from the Catholic rosary.

the most basic form of mind control is repetition....praying with beads is a pagan practice and is even condemned by Y'shua in the bible!
