Unfortunately you will be unable to activate that copy of Windows if you use someone elses key. The only way to do this is to purchase a copy. You may purchase an OEM copy from some websites for about $99.

No, it would be illegal to do so, and a violation of the terms and conditions of Yahoo! answers.
Contact Microsoft for a product key, or try an alternative such as Linux (for Windows XP) or OpenOffice.org (for Office XP).

There is only one CD-Key that will work with your copy of windows, and that is the one that came with it.
