whats the chances of no dammage to valves (before i get ripped off)

Just repaired mine my engine code is ACV burst belt knackerd 4 exhaust valves and also the corresponding hydraulic tappets also check very thoroughly the valve colletts as two of mine had small chips and had to be replaced. got my bits from the VW van centre the head gasket was only £40 the valves and tappetts were about £20 each

you will be very lucky if there is no damage at all
generally if your cam belt snaps it is very expensive and sometime not repairable and a whole new engine is needed. however you may be lucky?

you will be lucky if there is no damage it will be a lot cheaper to buy a second hand engine try looking on ebay or local breakers
