The others are much more expensive and are used in training of service dogs (police and military). They are the RAM agitation muzzle, and the German basket weave muzzle, military style safety muzzle. most muzzles still allowing barking, it is actually bad to use ones that prevent barking because they do not allow dogs the ability to pant so can become deadly to a dog if left unsupervised with one on,
A good muzzle should allow the dog to open there mouth and pant
Basket muzzles are one of the best types as dog can also drink with it on
