You shouldn't try to influence people to agree with what you say. Each person has their own beliefs and to try to force them to believe as you do is an infringement on their rights.

Take a class on influence or read a book on influence? If someone does not agree with you, it is okay that you can not influence them to agree. I mean would you want them to influence you to agree to their side? Maybe we should just respect each other's beliefs and go from there.
