Me and my family were hit head on by a woman who was totally drugged out and crossed the centre line while speeding.
I was checked out and released at the scene. My dad went to the hospital to get treated for lacerations to the face because of the air bag. My sister was held at the hospital because she hit her head on the back of the front seat. My step mom ended up staying several nights because of 7 broken ribs and a partially collapsed lung. Her air bag didn't go off.
Obviously, the woman who hit us was to blame. She was sentenced to 11 months in prison and 25 months probation.

Just the other day a kid from my school hit my mother on her way to the store and even though it was clearly his fault the insurace companies couldnt prove it, so you just have to get lucky that the insurance and the police come to the right conclusion.

i was turning at a stop light to get back on 65 N, as i was turning.. ( i had the green arrow) some lady flew through the light and hit me.. turned my car completely around.......
she called her dad and then the police and asked me not to tell the police it was her fault........ sure thang sweets !!! NOT.... anyway.. she was cited for speeding...
