Actually the ones that are about the current events - if done smart and delivered well- are pretty funny. Jay Leno, Conan O'Brian, David Letterman and Jimmy Kimmel have produced quite a few.- thanks to the local laughing stocks like paris hilton and britney spears. Sarah Silverman and Kathy Griffen are funny, too, but they are dirtier, angrier and much more vicious. The women in the main stream comics are dirtier, have you noticed?
By the way Jay Leno's joke about the kid showing up at this door for trick and treating 3 days after halloween, that answers his question of "Aren't you a bit late?" , as telling Jay Leno that he is doing a Fema Worker, was priceless.
