we tried every thing to get the bolts off have any ideas how to get them off...

If you are breaking tools, you need better tools. Try penerating oil on the bolts and let them soak for several minutes before you try and get them off.

If you can get at the nuts, I will use a torch to heat the nuts up cherry red and then that will break the rust and expand the nut to allow you to get the bolt out. Try an impact wrench if you have one available, if not there are mechanical impact drivers that you hit with a hammer to knock the nut loose. good luck.

What kind of tools are you using?If its cheap Chinese made tools that might be the problem,try craftsman or snap on tools they may be expensive but they have lifetime guarantee.If the bolts are on there as tight as you say they are,then you might want to try taking a long hollow piece of strong steel pipe,slip the handle of the ratchet in and it will give you more leverage,we usually call it a cheater bar.You can also try hitting the end of the ratchet with a hammer,thats been known to work also.

The auto store has stuff called Screw loose (or something similar). Apply that and let it sit for a little while then try again. Also remember righty tighty lefty loosy.

A snap on 6 point socket with an twin hammer impact, it will come lose or break.

i am assuming that you are turning the bolts counter clock wise
