I think he will, the Toyota's are running a little better now and I think with all the money they have invested I think they will make the successful teams share info. As for winning, I wish, but I think the only drivers with a chance to win for toyota are Dave Blaney or Brian Vickers.

I think he'll be able to qualify at least for a race or two. Winning might be another matter. Remember in 1983 when Ford came out with the new aerodynamic Thunderbird and all the other cars were still boxes? So many people were saying Ford had such an advantage they'd be winning every race, but the teams had a learning curve before they figured out how to get the cars dialled in. Same thing Toyota is going through this year.

this is not elementary to get right into a 40 3 automobile field whilst 35 spots are already taken, probably 36 with a championship provisional. It hurts even worse once you qualify plenty extra helpful than a number of those 35 adult men. The Napa 55 Camry has neglected a great variety of the races this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days by mere thousandths of a 2nd. a great variety of the pass or pass homers, extremely the vehicles interior the Toyota camp are qualifying at very just about a similar velocity a week, barring of direction injuries, that have plagued each and every of the Toyota communities this 3 hundred and sixty 5 days. it is going to come around. i think with the recent powerplant that TRD has been engaged on, and released at Charlotte, that each and every of the Toyota communities would be considered alot extra on the track. i don't think of that the media might desire to concentration on the not elementary circumstances of any particular team. on the start of the three hundred and sixty 5 days it grow to be all approximately Toyota, now they're purely yet another automobile interior the sequence with subjects. look at Dodges failing overall performance throughout the time of the previous few weeks, they might desire to have some tried and actual set-ups, yet they don't look to be doing that great the two. #36 Jeremy Mayfield is one heck of a motive force, and he has made 2 races for Toyota. #22-Dave Blaney, had vendors factors, and a properly-general marriage with Toyota from the truck sequence. The 80 3 and 80 4 vehicles are sporadic. MWR's duty to its sponsors and drivers is steadfast. retaining a rookie and a Cup champion in opposition is incredibly substantial, not that it takes precedence over getting the #55 on the track, MWR is making differences, set-up as properly as workers differences that they desire will make a difference. With TRD being a pass between with the Toyota communities, you may desire to verify extra consistency from engines and chassis. they only have not introduced it as much as par with the Chevrolets that are obtainable. Chevy's new RO7 engine will tension each and every of the non-chevy communities to step it up. short answer Why can't the #55 Qual or win- TRD's engines are weeker by using the powerband whilst in comparison with different manufactures which motives aggressive set-united statesand employing to make up time. Why MWR's not interior the information as plenty??? in case you have not heard Dale Jr is leaving DEI, human beings care extra with regards to the activities #one million motive force.

Win? HELL NO! 5 starts, not likely unless they can find a little more speed from the engine. Only had 1 so far and the season is 11 races in.

People who bash Montoya be careful he has two excellent chances to win! He should be a top 5 car in both road courses!

5? Well, I think even Morgan Sheppard could do that..
A win? No, too many bugs to work out. This is a learning year for Toyota. Wait for next year and the COT full time.

I sure don't. The guy on Raceday with the sign saying to stick a fork in Montoya needs to make another one for Mikey. He's done. As for winning a race... you can't be serious.
Can't win if you can't qualify. The guy can't even qualify without wrecking.

If Mike wins a race this year, I'll win the super lotto. We both have about the same chance.
