Sorry but you just aren't ready for a dog.
If you can't afford to get a puppy then you haven't considered about what it takes to actually own one. You need a lot of supplies, a crate for crate training, food and water dishes, toys, food, vet visits, shots, worming, and any unexpected problems may need a vet visit.
Just for an example for the first 6 months of a puppy the vet bills alone will run you well over $200 figuring visits, shots, wormings, having it fixed. Now add the rest of what you need and with you being broke it just wouldn't be fair to the dog.
You may be responsible and be able to do all needed but it sure does take money.
I don't know if you've ever heard but there is a saying that there is no such thing as a free puppy and this is why.
Also has you're parents given you permission??
Well good luck and really think about it.

Sorry kiddo, if you want a puppy you have to be able to provide it with food and vet care. There is more to owning a dog than just getting one and saying that you have a dog. You don't want to ship a dog and if you did I can assure you that $2 wouldn't come close to what you would need. Your parents are the ones to decide if you can have a dog or not because they are the ones who will be paying for its upkeep.

For 2 bucks, I'd say get a goldfish.

If you can't pay for the puppy, you definatly can't afford to get it's shots, foods, vet bills, toys, and such.

You're too young anyways, no one is going to hand you a puppy. Not anyone with a brain, anyways.

If you're too broke to get the puppy then how are you going to feed, get toys, vaccinate, get vet check ups, etc. all things neccessary for a puppy, maybe you should look into a goldfish or something much cheaper pets, and easy to take care of.

You are obviously not mature enough to own a puppy. Try a plant.
