Who hates it when people answer your question in caps? Don't they know it's the equivalent of screaming at somebody? Grr!

It quite irritates me once I used to play DOTA The video games could choose for 40-80Min's regularly occurring] and infrequently there could be this 12 twelve months previous little prick who thinks leaving his caps lock on is the terrific way for human beings to be certain what he's asserting

personally i avoid it, but there are times when i would need to use caps to emphasis my point. see, when im giving answers in sections like economics or insurance, i would at times need to write chunks upon chunks of words, and to make sure they dont miss a key point, i would do that.
FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO READ ALL, IM SURE U DIDNT MISS THIS LINE!
well, i dont usually caps the whole sentence, just a few KEYWORDS here and there usually.

Besides the yelling thing, it makes it very hard for me to read when the entire thing is in caps.
