the bf...he's the one giving you an ultimatum! if he really loved you then he'd try to get along with your friends,not telling you this!!!

If possible you lose neither....My wife has a friend who after about an hour gets on my last nerve still don't know why there friends but we had a long talk about it. When my wife wants to do something with her like shopping etc... I find something to do with my friends the #1 rule is neither her friend or I talk about each other and leave it at that. They don't hang out that much maybe once or twice a month so it doesn't bother me it gives me guy time to do things with my friends. They talk on the phone once or twice a week also. Best thing was her friend has a new boyfriend (lord help him) so there time together is limited. Your boyfriend either accepts it or he doesn't. If he doesn't then the decision is yours to either dump him or not........

Simple- boyfriends don't last forever. Friends do. It may seem like a really difficult thing to decide at the time, but if your boyfriend doesn't respect one of your best friwnds, how will he ever be able to respect you in a long term relationship?
Cuz we all know that we all act the most like the people we hang out with, and if whatever she is acting like, chances are that you are somewhat the same way- he just hasn't spoken up or realized it yet.
Believe me, you won't regret choosing ur homegurl in the long run- I promise.

Dump the guy. You can't let him take over your life like that. He is just a guy. You don't need him. If he really loved you anyways, he would accept your friend, or at least not leave you if you don't get rid of her. This guy might even end up chickening out and stay your boyfriend. Its not likely, but its better than nothing. Just don't dump your friend. Keep her and dump the guy.

Never sacrifice your friends for a man, especially when that man is trying to take control of your life.
Dump the guy, your friend will be there to eat a pint of Ben and Jerry's with you...I doubt your man would do the same if you got rid of your friend.

Friends are always there bf/gf come and go...don't burn a bridge with your friends because when this guy goes and leaves you who you gonna turn to if you shun your friends away because you went and decided to pick a guy over a long-time friend
