OK, they pray. So what.... Does God talk to them like he does to George Bush? What if he tells you one thing and someone else another? Do Christians let the pastor decide which goal is the worthy goal to achieve or do they vote on it? Does each individual decide for themself? Is there a cummulative effect that will attained from multiple God goals based on individual or multiple group decisions? Are these goals ever combative against one another? ( Iraq is supposedly the result of God guidance { GW said so} so why are things so bad there?) Is it God's will that some can afford health care and others can't? Is God's goal inequity in a nation that was established for the equality of all men? That's what we have!!!!! If that's the case then our forefathers must have read the God signs wrong or maybe you're reading them wrong today.

Or maybe there is no god.

His "goal" is whatever the Christians decide they would like it to be. They made him up after all...

To the best of my knowledge, what is written
is gods plan rather than goal on this planet.
To summarize what is written,
Gods creation,
The fall of man,
God cleaning up and reclaiming his creation.
Pretty simple in a nutshell thats his plan.
Right now hes cleaning up and reclaiming.

As far as the war in the east, and where does god fit in the picture?
I would say the rise of Islam is the root.
Some of the Islam faith seem to think spreading the news with actual swords.
Where christianity teaches in
Ephesians 6: the battle is not of flesh and blood but of principalities of darkness.

This is what Jesus said to anyone who takes the sword..
Mat. 26:52 Then said Jesus unto him, Put up again thy sword into his place: for all they that take the sword shall perish with the sword.
No human is perfect no matter what nation hes in and god knows that.
And what is right god will show who is right,
because in the end....
Phillipians
10 That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth;

11 And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Well, first you have to obey the known will of God. What is the known will of God? The Bible tells us what the known will of God is. For instance, the Bible tells us to forgive others. So, we know that is a known will of God. So, first you have to start by obeying the known will of God and once you do that he will reveil the secret will of God for your life through his Holy Spirit who come and dwells in you when you accept Jesus Christ as your savior. So, the very first step in the process is to accept Jesus Christ as your personal savior, the second is to read and study the Bible so that you can know the will of God and then He will show you his personal will for you. And, yes, God has a different plan for each of us. His will for me may be very different from his will for you. As far as your sociological questions go. I have found that many times people want what others have and blame God for their not having it when it is their own fault they don't have it. They want what other people have but they arn't willing to do what other people did to get it. For instance, I have a really good job but I didn't just get it handed to me. I had to go to college and study hard and get good grades and once I got the job I had to dress the way my empolyer wanted me to dress and so forth. I have a counsine who is envious of my success and keeps saying, "I wish I could find a job like yours, you're so lucky." Yet, she is unwilling to get more education, she is unwilling to do anything to get it and she's even unwilling to change her style of dress and says, "If they don't accept me the way I am then that's their problem." Often times people don't have things because of the choices they've made in their life.

Start with the 10 Commandments, this is God's will and
God's law. Read the bible and follow it's teachings to the
best of your ability. God's biggest Commandment and
biggest will is that WE LOVE ONE ANOTHER, but he gives
us free will and we do not follow the most important of the
commandments from God.

God did not make the wars and all the horrible things going on in this world,God gave us brains to think for ourselves, but apparently some aren't thinking or acting right! If you want to blame someone, blame all the greedy, selfish , inconsiderate people in this world!
