Yes, all that aspartame can do more harm than good if you're not carefull. My own system has an intolerence to aspartame and splenda, and therefore I have to avoid diet sodas.

I used to drink a lot of diet coke (at least one 250ml bottle a day or more) and ended up with bad breath, gastritis and diarrhea. Do you think it may be harmfull?
Plus, there is a science fair experiment where you place a tooth inside a glass containing coke or pepsi and it vanishes in a week!!!!!!

Yes. Just use the same cup for the diet pepsi for a week and see what it does to the mug. Imagine what it is doing to your body.

Yes... Your kidneys will blow a gasket. And the diet sweetener in like poison. Cut out that crap from your diet as much as possible.
