Yeah...I mean thinking about this logically (I know that's technically against the rules, but it's kinda fun now and then)...if there were only supposed to be a mating pair of every animal onboard, then what about spiders and flies. Spiders eat flies. But if you're only allowed to have a mating pair of flies, then what do you feed the spiders on? Are there like "eating flies" and "mating flies"? And how do the "mating" flies get chosen? Is it like Big Brother - put all the flies in a fly-house and each week one of them gets evicted to feed the spiders, till there are just two flies left?
Come to that, if the idea was to wipe out all the animals, apart from those on Noah's floating menagerie, bit of a chunky hole in the plan. What about fish? Is that why sharks are so dynamically evolved as predators today, because they were able to ignore the cataclysm and swim about as normal? What about ducks? Every time it rains over here in the UK, someone comes out with the tiresome phrase "nice weather for ducks." They must have been in their element, surely? See, the delicate threads of fate - one case of bird flu back then, transfer to the small human colony, bang, they're dead, and it's not so much Planet of the Apes as Planet of the Ducks...Where's the Intelligent Design in that, I'd like to know...

Damn.
Means that pink thing in the yard is a hallucination.
Cool.

But the T-Rex is gone, too. Noah must have been a serious meat-eater.
