Washing and deodorant do not help for very long. I'm stinky in about half an hour. Are there any dietary supplements that can help? I've heard that zinc supplements may help.

U can use lemon juice on ur pit and leave for a while and them bath. Lemon juice kills the bacteria that create smell. eating green vegetables will also give good results. Instead of using only anti bacterial soaps, use high perfumed soaps for ur armpits only. Shave atleast once in 2 weeks.

Wash with a very wet washcloth soaked in tea. Leave the tea on for about 15 minutes. Tea contains Tannin and will slightly "tan" (leatherize, not colorize) your skin and destroy some of the sweat glands. Less sweat = less odor.

You could try anti-bacterial soap like Dial and some baby powder after applying deodorant. Look for and anti-bacterial deodorant most likely found in the men's section.

If your a teenager, this will pass. Its just your hormones going a little wacky. Try "Dry Idea", In the original roll-on form. It really helped me and the people I told to try it. I still use it and when i am out of it i could feel a difference and smell a difference too.

You should talk with somebody who's more specialized than you. Some people have this problem, but i heard that treatments have appeared so it won't be a problem. Do not let your problem unsolved it may cause you serious damage . I suggest you to go to a specialist and ask, get informed. it's safer than using your own treatments !

This sounds a little disgusting, but after you take a shower while your pores are still open slap a little vinegar under the arms, let it dry and use secret clinical strength, its the perspiration thats making you stink under there. try to wear light, cotton, breathable shirts.
