The following are the same in Brit. Eng.

Bride
Groom
Honeymoon
Bridesmaid
Matron of Honour
Best Man
Gown, or wedding dress
Vows
Marriage License - but spelt licenCe (license is a verb)
Chapel
Photographer
Garter

Tuxedo = dinner suit
Groomsmen = ushers
Officiant = priest/vicar etc. depending on type of wedding

By the way, 'briday shower' is usually 'hen party'

You might wish to check couple of thesaurus. I'm not trying to a smart ass one this, but I've got two male cats sitting on a bunch of catnip; I'm leaving on this period... bye.
