Haha, what a great question! It completely follows the logic of every other religious text in existance. But, I think the readiness of people accepting your book as truth themselves, no matter how much you believe in it(or claim to believe in it) is limited because people usually only like to accept religious ideas and statements if they are ancient, or written by a person of immense and superior intellect that they respect and trust.
The text also must be strikingly convincing and give people a reason to even want to believe it.

When ever I read a book that claims it comes from God, I pray about it.
There was a book I once picked up and started to read. The person claimed to have conversations with God, and have the answers to basically everything.
As I read it, I felt a stirring and it felt very wrong, and I stopped reading it.
I make decisions based on my felings and the feelings I get from God.

Sure there is... your book hasn't been around for 2500+ years (OT), or 1950 years (NT).
And, no , it's not the same thing... the documents of the Old and New Testaments are the best-attested ancient documents in the Western world. If you're going to throw those out as inauthentic, you have to throw out ALL of the rest of classical literature as well, of which there are far fewer accurate copies.
Nice try, though.. funny joke!

You talking about replays. That scheme already earned a lot and it has been proven by large temples, Mosques, Cathedrals, Basilicas, Synagogues, Assembly Halls and Churches. And as long as there are born suckers each day, your lies can always come out true which you yourself will also believe later in your own lies.

Books about God contain Faith so for your question Logic without Faith in a book about God is Illogical. However, Faith with logic and facts would sell--you have to choose.

Be careful about mocking the Bible.
Here is a bit of information that makes your argument erroneous:
All of the biblical prophecy that has been fulfilled to date has been 100% accurate. So unless you are a prophet of God, your book will be full of false prophecy. {Do you know what happens to false prophets?}

I have never heard anyone argue the "God said it" line. Where do you live? Maybe you should expand your horizons? Start hanging out with some normal Christians for a change?

Does your book make logical sense? If it doesn't, I will know it doesn't come from "God".
God will always make sense. Those who claim they "believe" in God don't always make sense.

That's how they defend the fact that Paul created a religion nothing like what Jesus preached.....that Paul claimed to have hallucinated Jesus.
