Can you cycle the Sandstone Trail in cheshire?

I have been looking at the Sandstone trail from Whitchurch to Frodsham.. does anyone know if you can cycle it? or has anyone cycled it?

Well you can walk it, its about 10mliles, the sandstone trail originated from the Village of Weston, however there isnt much left of it now. You used to get onto it by the now Rocksavages works, which then was fields starting the sandstone trail leading down to the manchester ship canal.
