you need way more than that calories -depriving your body it only puts on more fat and slows down metabolism
you have no complex carbs or veggies in your diet.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

sweetie u will so pass out! you need some more things because your list seems as snacks that you can incorporate thru out the day..for breakfast try some organice cereal with organic 2% or skim milk and a fruit of your choice..as a snack have some nuts at hand..for lunch try a sandwhich that you can make it yourself or a subway 6 inch sub with 6 grams or less -the rwhole menu is great and it will not cause you to put on lbs! for another snack try some apples with peanut butter or some sugarfree fatfree jello..for dinner try something light such as a salad you make with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar-my fave olive oil has infused chilli pepper and the balsamic vinegar i must have is a cherry or raspberry one-find them at this place called Oil and Vinegar- and some chicken trips on the top of the salad as well as a handfull of nuts-pecans,cashews,etc..and for snack try some Healthy Choice 98% fat free/reduced ice cream..also you need more protein and carbs in your diet..try a pasta for dinner since carbs is what your body needs to burn off as the main fuel and fat as the last thing the body needs..if it were me i would eat everything in moderation even sweets and just have a 3-4 work out/week

Add more to it. You are depriving you body and the diet won't be beneficial to your health. Add in wheat bread slices for sandwiches, more green vegetables, and you really need more protein than what you are listing. If you stick to this first your body will go into starvation mode and then your muscles will be used to supply the body with the daily energy.
There is also the possibility that you go on a binge since you are depriving yourself.

No, its not enough to eat and not enough protein. You are setting yourself up for failure. You should eat protein at every meal, eat fruits and vegetables and complex carbs. You need to eat at least 1200 calories a day. I eat between 1600 and 1800 calories a day and have 6 small meals a day. I work out lifting weights 3 times a week and do cardio once a week. If you don't eat enough your body will slow down its metabolism because it thinks it is starving. This is NOT healthy.

No what happened to your veggies and where are the carbs you need? You need to eat at least 1200 calories every day at the bare minimum and you need to the RDA of fruits, veggies and carbs etc. If you cannot manage to change to a healthier diet on your own then get some professional help for it.

If this is all you eat, you're body will go into starvation mode to save calories. It will store every little calorie as fat, because your body doesn't know when it will get food again. Food is just energy, and not enough food will leave you with no energy. Also, eating too little is the #1 cause for binging. So, ultimately, this will make you gain weight. Aim for something like 1,200 calories.

That is an o.k diet, but it may leave you too skinny. Try to fit in snacking in between meals such as nuts and whole weat crackers. If you get hungry, then EAT. It's not good to eat that little every day and then starve yourself.

I think this is a little too little. You may want to add more snacking in between to help you maintain a fast metabolism. You may want to add whole wheat crackers, 6 almonds, etc. Also, yogurt is not that healthy

google the quantity of protein needed on your age, and ensure you have become it. you would possibly want to probably use a multi nutrition- as you're heavy on milk products and by no ability getting any reliable source of nutrition C. more beneficial ideal to devour an entire fruit than drink juices-
