i always make sure i have healthy snacks at home, i dont ever even get anythign that is not healthy - its just unnecessary temptation.
when i want snack and im not at home - always helps looking at calorie count and thinking how much i will have to sweat to get it off.

You can choose something that does not taste like crap and is also healthy like a banana or strawberry. Its healthy and it is a quik snack.

sugar free jello! only 10 calories per serving so its guilt-free. i always eat when i'm bored and this really helps so you're not putting on a bunch of extra weight from it.
oh and not to mention that its delicious. =)

i cnt tell u to choose nothin at all. Al u need to do is brush ure teeth as stupid as it sounds brush ure teeth with ure normal toothpast and that will take away your hunger. Hope this helped x

I always grab fruit or cereal. Never crap. Ewwwwwwwwww. what a smell.

I used to chew gum, that way I wouldn't eat.
I can't do this anymore though, because of jaw problems. :/
