First off, let me thank you for your Dad's service to our nation and especially thanks to you and your family for all the sacrifices you have had to make so your Dad could help defend us. We are very grateful to you and will keep your Dad in our prayers.
I am adding you to my contacts.
You may try keeping a journal of everything going on at home that your Dad is missing. When we fathers are away from our kids for any length of time we often feel like we have missed a big part of your lives. A journal may help him catch up.
Thanks again to your Dad, you and your whole family. What would we do without people like you who step up and bear the burden for all of us?

how about writing one letter a day to the man who put him there.. our president.. maybe he would listen to a young person.. for he certainly will not listen to reason.
I am sorry your dad has been extended.. I am more sorry he had to go. But I am, and I'm sure you are, very very proud of him. I pray he comes home safely to you.
God Bless!
