The only one I know of is Triple P Salad, made with a bag of frozen peas (defrosted) mixed with one cup salted peanuts, one-half cup diced purple onions, and about 1 cup miracle whip sweetened with a touch of sugar and made creamy with a touch of milk...

Never heard of that one. I make one with frozen defrosted peas, hard boiled egg, finely copped red onion, shredded cheddar cheese and mayo. I don't measure, just eye everything. Then add salt and pepper as needed.

You didn't specify what kind of peas. I have eaten both green pea and black eyed pea salads cold.
Goggle "Green pea salad" and "Black eyed pea salad" and
you will get tons of recipes.
