If i quit soda how long am i going to have to deal with painful headaches?

Also will excedrine migraine help them? I know it has caffeine in it but is it a different type of caffeine?

Good for you for quitting soda. Too many calories (and even the diet ones are bad for you). I would suggest that if you want some mild form of caffeine to tide you over, try drinking green tea. It's good for you, has no calories, and is both relaxing and gives you a little boost at the same time. I love it! Link below details why it's good for you. By the way, the caffeine in excedrin migraine is the same as that in coffee.

It varies for everyone and depends on the extent of your caffeine consumption.

You will need to wait it out, although excedrine may help!

i've never had withdraw symptoms, and i take doses of 250mg often. Sodas have something like 15mg/8oz. you won't have problems, most likely.
