There is always the classic things like a children's Bible, a pretty rosary, or a simple cross necklace. You could go to a Christian or Catholic store and get a very nice children's book with a religious theme. You could get a pretty frame or album for pictures from her ceremony. You could get a gift certificate for picture developing and some simple scrapbooking supplies, a little book and if you are close to her a promise to help her work on it. If not, I am sure her mother would help her.
Good luck!

You could give a gift of a cross or crucifix or a rosary. Or a gift card. Really anything is nice. At Catholic bookstores they have little gifts sets that include a crucifix and a small bible which are very nice. God Bless

I think whatever she likes would be good. You could get her a little cross necklace if you want to give her a religious gift. Or a journal with her name on it. You could always ask the parents too.

I agree with the gold cross to hang around her neck. Also, a silver rosary (I got one for mine, 40 years ago, and I still treasure it). If she grows to be a religious person, she will appreciate those things for what they mean; if she doesn't, they will be appreciated for what they are, jewels.
