Hi. Short answer is no. In Vegas and most casinos in US house has a 5 1/4% advantage on almost every bet. It does not matter which way you bet, advantage is the same for house. The only exception is if you play the 0,00,1,2,3 combination, which will give the house an even Greater edge.

In Atlantic city, because you only lose half your even money bets (odd or even - red or black, etc) if 0 or double zero comes up. your odds are better, but you still give the house an advantage of almost 2.7%

The best odds in roulette is to find a single zero table. That cuts the casino's odds in half.

If the roulette wheel has one green number (zero only) the house advantage is 2.70% (1/37). If there are two green numbers (zero and double-zero) the house advantage is 5.26% (2/38).

There is no way to get a better house-edge without commiting a felony..

Bet on Red (or Black), if you lose double your bet the next time, and keep doing this until you win. If you win reduce your next bet to your original amount. Eventually you will double up, if you don't run out of money first.

The only way to have a moderate shot at winning anything instead of breaking even is to bet on either one of red or black, or even or odd...

as it says in the fast show book, bet on every single number, but that didn' work, but theres another way, there are 2 rectangles, odd and even, do it on them 2 and then you'll definitely win :)

No, unless you just bet once and walk away. In which case, the odds are somewhat meaningless.
