i carbonated drinks are bad 4 us... but even diet coke, coke zero, and all other diet drinks.... which has no calories, a little sugar and sodium and no fat.
So then water or flavored water is the best solution?

If you drank carbonated drinks always choose the ones with less sugar and lower calories and low sodium. The carbon in a regular soda hides the very sweet taste of soda. If you ever drink soda that has gone flat you will be like" wow this is really sweet". So the less sugar the better but beware that lower sugar sodas have artificial sweeteners that aren't good for your body. For me I give up soda but its okay to drink in moderation. Water without all the extra stuff is better but some flavored water has vitamins so it really depends on what is in the flavored water. For regular drink water drink water brands like Poland spring because they keep the electrolyte molecules in the water and super purified water don't keep the electrolyte in the water (by the way electrolyte are good for your body). Tab water is also good but if you are scared about your tab water then I suggest boiling it for a little extra cleaning.

It is the artificial sweetener or sugar in the sodas they look to not the carbonation. Flavored waters are good because yopu get your water intake as long as the have no sugar or sweetener and no calories. The only thing I know that carbonation does is make you burp.

I heard carbonated drinks are good for headaches. I believe it, because i drink 3-5 cans a day and i have never once got a headache. Also i have acid reflux and most people would think im crazy to be drinking pop, but it actually makes me feel much better because it helps me burp which gets rid of the extra acid in my stomach. So if you think about it Carbonated drinks are somewhat good for you.

if you like the sweet stuff, then there's always stuff like kool-aid which has different flavors (but all still taste the same to me). Otherwise, you can also try vitamin water which has a variety of flavors and taste better than the Propel fitness waters out there. My fav is the lemon and green tea flavors. Speaking of tea, try Lipton bottled teas, Arizona teas or snapple. Snapple has a pretty wide variety of flavors that should hopefully keep you from getting bored for awhile. You also have gatorade or powerade which might be closer to the sweet taste you're looking for. hope that helps!

It's the sugar and artificial sweetners that aren't good. Since they are quite acid it isn't good for the enamel on your teeth.
Personally I love coca-cola, the classic one with sugar.
It gets rid of headaches because of the sugar and caffeine.
Water and flavored water are better for you less artificial.

I prefer tea. It has more flavor than water and I think it's better for you,and it's not carbonated

its not necessarily about the carbonation...its all the other crap they add to the drink. water is ALWAYS the best choice no matter what youre drinking.
