I belief we have many soul mates. I do not believe they are the romanticized thing people make them out to be. A soul mate (to me) is a counterpart, someone that mirrors your soul.

I agree with Epona. Especially the part about not being the romantic thing everyone makes it out to be. However, this does not mean that it just isn't going to be romantic, it could be, but that is not all there is to it.
I believe there are certainly a lot of people who are a lot better suited to us than others. I struggle a lot with the soulmate thing, because I really did always believe in that, but then, well, my world came crashing down around me and I had to question everything I believe(d) in.
I still like to think that there are soulmates out there, but sometimes it is hard to actually believe!

I think we each have a soulmate because I found mine. I did however date a lot of people before I found him and even married one of them. I married him for reasons other than love and on the rebound. I never thought any of the men I dated before were my soulmate, but when I met my fiance I knew this to be true.

yes I believe there is someone out there that is your soulmate but it make take time to find the right one. I know when I saw my husband I knew he was the one I wanted to spend the rest of my life with

I think there are ppl that u will find , fit perfectly in our lives. But that is usually just imagination. We always percievce a very perfect life. PPl can become soul mates i beielve and it takes work and time and MOST importantly for me I guess:
Respect for me & Faith_&love_for_Allah.

I think we have many. I do feel like we have to work things through with some and some we are more drawn to. My SO would be a great example of that.

I have once relied on the concept of soul mates. But with what I have gone through, it's hard to tell a genuine from a fake.

I believe that before birth we come from a soul group...
throughout our life we may meet with people from that group as we help each other through our spiritual progression
some of that group may actually take the form of people to test us with things like compassion and love ... the form of enemies etc
so I dont assume that only those we instantly love are part of our soul group

I believe that there is a twin soul for each of us, in my belief there will only be one in a lifetime, and we will encounter many who may seem like the one for us, and learn many things from each...there is only one true Twin soul for each of us.

I believe that there are many people that we are supposed to meet, love and learn from, but we have only one maato (other half of our spirit) and we can only find them when we are prepared to meet them with an open heart.
