It has been said that the temperature on Earth is getting hotter. In Al Gore’s; "Inconvenient Truth," I heard that a footnote stated; “The Sun is getting hotter” (I have not seen the documentary or read anything on his findings). In DVM’s; "Inconvenient Fact," I heard that the temperature on Mars is getting hotter. At this point in time, I know of no humans living on Mars. Why is the temperature on Mars getting hotter? The Sun is getting hotter. How can we stop Global Warming? Keep in mind; I’m not saying that the Sun is the only reason for “Global Warming,” we have all polluted the Earth. Reducing pollution and conserving energy should be a goal of everyone.
My SOLUTION for Global Warming:
NASA sends a “Sun Shield” with memory metal into space. When deployed, the memory metal will stretch the shield into a large circle or a square. The space shuttle’s astronauts will put the shield into orbit at a location that will block some of the Sun’s rays over a spot on the ocean. This will decrease the Sun’s rays that hit the Earth. Thus, decreasing the surface and ocean temperatures. Because of the decrease in ocean temperature, the number of hurricanes should decrease. Yes, there are more benefits. The size, number of shields, and locations need to be determined. Again, we all need to decrease pollution and conserve on energy.

No international warming is a scam the region human beings like Gore makes numerous money. Their reason is to bolster the fee of residing like gasoline at $3.00 in step with gal . they think of of they might fall down our financial device approximately $5.00 in step with gal. The CO2 is dealt with be the flowers and photosynthesis. Then methane is yet yet another eco-friendly domicile gasoline it fairly is inflicting international warming, properly there is a few subjects that makes me have faith that the completed element is in basic terms a lie. they have revealed dissimilar information on the quantity of methane released. there's a project, methane is fairly elementary so it might desire to bypass over 50 miles up ,so how did they degree it. in certainty that they did now not or they might of time-honored that methane is explosive and whilst it gets that precise interior the ambience it is going to oxidize and turn into CO2 , If the eco-friendly domicile gasoline isn't the region that's meant to be ,some element is incorrect and there is not any international warming.

1. Alternate power sources

Most power production in the US is still carbon based fuels (oil and coal). This makes up a large portion of our CO2 footprint.

2. Alternate fuels

Related to the above. Transportation is another big contributor. Coming up with at least a carbon neutral fuel source would be a good step.

3. Mass transit infrastructure

The US has a terrible mass transit system. You are pretty much forced to buy a vehicle in order to just get to work. Even if just the major cities upgraded their systems it could mean millions of vehicles travelling less per year.

Global warming is caused by CO2, but remember that its still less than 1% of our atmosphere...
use the 3 r's
my three are
-invent a car that doesn't use fossil fuels (those electric cars) and actually work for as long as regular cars
-recycle always!!!
-and dont have as much indtustry!

Speaking of industry:
when i went to San Frncisco for a vacation, and i was almost sick at what i saw there! it said "San Francisco: the industrial city" in big letters like "Hollywood". it was disgusting and there was all this smoke there! Get rid of all that pollution!!!

And stop buying useless dolls and toys!!! not only does it waste money and time to look for it and buy it, it also has so much plastic, styrofoam, and etc. wrapping on it!!! Bleh!!!

global warming is just a political issue. To actually stop global warming.. 1. take the heat away from the sun.. 2. get rid of the oceans.. they are causing the planet to heat up and 3. put all of the restrictions that are trying to be put on the usa to the underdeveloped countries... and oh yeah, China too!!

But the main thing to decrease global warming is to have the wackos such as al gore live the way they want us to do. They fly all over the place, live in big homes, waste all kinds of electricity, drive in big cars.. what a bunch of hypocrites.. i swear, plus, these are the same people who were warning us of an ice age in the 80's

Education, purchase power and persistant long term action ie...don't quit! if things start looking... better keep going!

Those are my top three!

Then look at it wholistically not just from the CO2 angle. Organic farming, eco transport phylosophy and application, strick enforcement of environmental laws...a little tough love!

Remember that the planets health is based on many things that are unseen to us! The health of the ocean and water generally is ignored as if nature can always put it right enough for us to keep going. One day nature will put it right enough for nature by eliminating us the problem!

Strict protection and increases in amount of protected wild space. Nature needs room to manuver and adjust things on its own!

World economy. As we realise we must change we are pushing third and forth world countries to change. Some will take this as a move to keep them down. Imoral businesses sell things like DDT to these poorer nations with weaker environmentallaws and we need to make it illegal to produce the stuff period.

Walk, ride bike, be vocal about your local transit being green then use it! green vehicles! If you can't afford a new car make sure your old one is at least better on fuel and use best available eco alternative fuel say ethenal gas.

Use cloth shopping bags!!! Look for the hidden coal or petrolium connection in the products we use! Don't buy them...purchase power. Full circle. Educate so one knows what not to support and act upon that knowledge.

Peace, re-green the world!

Just do it!

Use Electrical Cars That Go To The Top Speed Of 80 Miles Per Hour

There are many ways to slow global warming. I'll start with the 3 that are most important.
For starters we could stop using fossil fuels to meet our energy needs. Burning coal is the dirtiest way for us to recieve energy yet, it is our biggest way of getting energy. We could switch to solar, wind, geothermal, wave, and possibly nuclear energy and we don't have to use oil for our cars. We could switch to hydrogen, ethanol, natural gas and electric cars. The next step we could take is to plant more trees. One tree absorbs 1 ton of carbon dioxide in its lifetime. The last major thing to do is to recycle more. An average family produces over 2000 pounds of carbon dioxide by not recycling as much as we could.
Those are three major ideas we could use to slow or possibly reverse global warming.

1. We all know that smoking causes everything. I think that all smokers should stop smoking as soon as they finish this sentence.
2. We all know that whatever smoking doesn't cause, conservatives do. All conservatives should get lobotomies so they would then be liberals.
3. --- and most importantly, we should find out what man did to stop global warming before there was man.

Conclusion: Problem solved.

Recycle all you can

Don't pollute. Recycle glass, plastic and paper. Re-use what you can. Take initiative in the work place by setting up recycle bins, educate your children on the importance of recycling and make it a habit.
More interesting information about Recycling;

Water Consumption

With temperatures rising and drought being more and more common place, do your part to save on water consumption. Take fewer showers, don't let the water run for nothing and refrain from hosing on very dry summer days...
More links related to water consumption;

Save Energy

Save on electricity consumption by turning off lights, install dimmers, close unnecessary electronics and use fluorescent light bulbs, which use about 75 % less power than incandescent bulbs.
