nooo ,talking in decent way is not forbidden ....as long as you dress decently,and talk to them without touching and you ain't alone with him.....it's good to have a nice relation with your relatives(selat al rahem)

I'm not a Muslim, but aren't they allowed to talk to cousins if there is an adult chaperon around? Or in a large enough group of young people that there is no suggestion of flirtation?

come on man be a realistic guy. we are not living some 2000 years back. just talk to normal way and dont empower that opposite sex on u. u should have a powerin ur self. u can talk to any one in normal way.
